Vulpes the Alchemist

A 2D Pixel art platformer, where you play as Vulpes the fox, the local alchemist. Gather potion ingredients and then use them to brew potions to sell to the town. 

The game saves when you quit/ close the game via the controls shown below.

Controls:

• Movement: W,A,S,D keys
• Jump: Spacebar
• Toggle Inventory Visibility: Tab (selected ingredient is the centre one)
• Cycle through inventory: Z and C keys
• Interact: E key
• Pause: P key
• Quit/ Close game: Escape, Backspace

Interactable:

• Plants: Interact to harvest (each plant regrows at different rates/ times)
• Clock: Check the current time, press multiple times to then skip the time forward
• Book: Check what potions the currently selected ingredient can make
• Cauldron: Place selected ingredient inside. Once 2 ingredients are inside, a 3rd interact will attempt to brew the potion.
• Stand (right most object in the shop): Sell a brewed potion.
